Tabata: High-intensity interval training that consists of sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

 

Circuit Training: Get a full body workout with a combination strength training and muscle building exercises! Circuit is a series of 1 minute exercises with short rest periods. 

 

Blackout Workout: Wear your neon to our high-energy glow-in-the-dark cardio class. Your heart will get pumping with Step intervals to club style music! 

Be Strong - Circuit: Low-impact 30 minute interval workout is perfect for you! Strength building low-impact exercises. Trainers will focus on proper form and will give any modifications as needed.

Be Strong - Cardio: Low-impact 30 minute cardio workout is perfect for you! Build your endurance to upbeat music with step intervals. Trainers will focus on proper form and will give any modifications as needed.

 

Boot Camp: Designed to kick your ass! Make sure you bring your sneakers and prepare to sweat! Indoor/outdoor training exercises. 

 

Toning Class: Get ready to boom boom pow your bottom with our quick 30 minute workout! Focus on core and lower body.

 

Zumba: A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training with alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Zumba Gold: Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Zumba Toning: Toning and sculpting those muscles by adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Power Yoga: Fast-paced flow style yoga practice that's focused on building strength and endurance. It is an excellent form of yoga for toning muscle, burning calories, building strength, finding balance, and increasing flexibility.

 

Glow Flow Yoga: Have fun while increasing your flexibility, balance, and range of motion with gentle yoga under the black-lights! 

YogaFaith: Through the practice of yoga allow yourself to find peace; surrendering to God through stillness, movement, prayer, and the fullness of worship.

SilverSneakers Circuit: The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
