Low-Impact Classes

​

SilverSneakers Circuit: The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

​

SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.

​

Chair One Fitness: A fun, music-driven seated fitness program designed for individuals with balance challenges, injuries, disabilities, obesity, or limited mobility. It provides a safe, full-body workout that helps improve strength, movement, and daily function.

​

Chair YogaA gentle form of yoga performed while seated or using a chair for support. It helps improve flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation while reducing stress and joint strain. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to stay active and healthy.

Low/Moderate Impact Classes

​

​Zumba Gold: Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.​

​

Drums Alive: An energetic group fitness program that combines traditional aerobic dance with the rhythmic beats of drumming. Participants use drumsticks to strike stability balls set to upbeat music, delivering a full-body workout that enhances both physical and mental well-being.

​

Strength Training: Build strength and confidence in this 30-minute workout. Using low-impact resistance exercises, you'll improve muscle tone, stability, and endurance in a supportive environment

​

Core Conditioning: Get ready to feel the burn in this fast-paced, 30-minute lower body and core workout! Using mat-based floor exercises, you'll strengthen, tone, and sculpt your glutes, legs, and abs.

​

Flexibility Training: This flexibility class focuses on stretching all major muscle groups to improve mobility, increase range of motion, reduce injury risk, and help your body feel its best. Stretches are performed on the floor in seated, kneeling, and lying positions.

Moderate Impact Classes

​​

Zumba: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

 

Circuit Training: This interval-style strength workout alternates resistance exercises with short recovery periods to maximize muscle building, endurance, and overall strength. Participants perform a variety of weight-based movements designed to challenge muscles while allowing time to recover between sets.

Step Cardio: a high-energy, glow-in-the-dark workout. Step to the beat of club-style music as you power through fun cardio intervals on a raised exercise step and get your heart pumping.

​

5K/3K Boot Camp: Bring your friends and join us for our Free 5k Boot Camp! Go at your own pace... walk, jog, or run this fun 5k or 3K. After each .5 mile there is a challenging exercise! The finish line is your ultimate goal! This class is outside. Towels & high-fives provided!

High-impact Classes

Boot Camp: Push your limits in this high-energy Boot Camp workout! Featuring challenging HIIT-style intervals, this class combines strength, endurance, and conditioning exercises to keep you moving and sweating from start to finish. Best suited for moderate to advanced fitness levels.​
