Low-Impact Classes

SilverSneakers Circuit: The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.

Senior Stretch: A stretching class that provides flexibility and increase range of motion for the entire body. The instructor will focus on all major muscle groups with a variety of different types of stretch techniques. The goal is for your body to feel better, prevent injury, and increase range of motion. Stretches are done in a chair.

YogaFaith: Through the practice of yoga allow yourself to find peace; surrendering to God through stillness, movement, prayer, and the fullness of worship.

Low/Moderate Impact Classes

Dance Fit Club: NEW! Our FREE weekly Fit Club! Get your cardio on with this fun dance class! Combination of dance and Latin music! Bring your friends and make friends! It's more than just a club, it's a community! 

Zumba Gold: Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Strength Training: An interval type of physical training that involves low intensity exercise alternated with rest periods is highly effective in conditioning the cardiovascular system while increasing muscle strength. Active rest between low intensity work allows the heart rate to drop, giving the participant the opportunity to recover before the next low intensity interval. These types of workouts can include a mix of cardio exercises with resistance training.

Toning Class: Get ready to boom boom pow your bottom with our quick 30 minute workout! Mat exercises on the floor that that focus on core and lower body toing. This is a class you do not want to miss!

Flexibility Training: A stretching class that provides flexibility and increase range of motion for the entire body. The instructor will focus on all major muscle groups with a variety of different types of stretch techniques. The goal is for your body to feel better, prevent injury, and increase range of motion. Stretches are done on the floor and standing.

Glow Flow Yoga: Have fun while increasing your flexibility, balance, and range of motion with gentle yoga under the black-lights! 

Moderate Impact Classes

Zumba: A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training with alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Circuit Training: An interval type of physical training that involves moderate intensity exercise alternated with rest periods is highly effective in conditioning the cardiovascular system while increasing muscle strength. Active rest between moderate intensity work allows the heart rate to drop, giving the participant the opportunity to recover before the next high intensity interval. These types of workouts can include a mix of cardio exercises with resistance training.

Step Cardio: Step Cardio is back! Wear your neon to our high-energy glow-in-the-dark cardio class. Your heart will get pumping with cardio step intervals onto a raised exercise step to club style music! 

Power Yoga: Fast-paced flow style yoga practice that's focused on building strength and endurance. It is an excellent form of yoga for toning muscle, burning calories, building strength, finding balance, and increasing flexibility.

High-impact Classes

Boot Camp: Boot Camp will get your heart rate pumping! This HIIT class is designed to kick your butt! Make sure you bring your sneakers and prepare to sweat! Moderate to advanced levels.

Tabata: High-intensity cardio interval training that consists of sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.
