This class will get your heart pumping and give you a full body workout! As a class we will do a series of 1 minute exercises. Modified and advance exercise options for your level of fitness. (1 hour, all fitness levels)


Boot Camp

This class is designed to kick your ass! Make sure you bring your sneakers and prepare to sweat! Indoor/outdoor training with individual and team drills. (1 hour, moderate to advance fitness levels)



Get ready to boom boom pow your bottom with our quick 30 minute workout! We will use body weight exercises, bands, yoga balls, and occasional weights working out to upbeat music. This is a class you do not want to miss! (30 min, all fitness levels)


Weight Training

This class will utilize the weight room machines and equipment to focus on muscle building, strengthening, and toning. (30-45 min, all fitness levels, limited space)
