Service Description
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Performing exercises at high intensity helps to target a greater range of muscle groups as compared to other traditional exercises. Tabata training does not only helps to keep you fit but also burns more calories both during and after your workouts.
