Service Description

This beginner-friendly class incorporates a variety of exercises designed to build strength, improve balance, and enhance overall fitness. Participants will use hand-held weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, along with balance drills to support coordination and stability. A chair is available for additional support as needed.
