Service Description

Slow Flow Yoga is an accessible practice that focuses on grounding, breathing, and alignment. This particular style of Hatha Yoga incorporates the optional use of props such as blocks and straps for correct and full positioning and allows plenty of time to stay in a pose ("asana") which leads to greater strength, improved flexibility, improved balance and cultivation of mindfulness. The asanas are linked together with breath and movement and include seated, standing, twisting, supine and prone postures, as well as resting poses.
