Time for a summer adventure day! Inviting all Fit Full Force members and their friends! We will be paddling the Chassahowitzka River. It is about an hour leisurely paddle to a popular spot called The Crack. There is a swimming lagoon and a brackish spring. We will then paddle back to launch and over to Seven Sisters where there is springs and underwater caves. We will be meeting at the boat ramp at 8am. Plan to be on the water for at least 4 hours. Please RSVP so we have an idea of how many are going. This is going to be fun!

What to bring:

Bathing suit & towel

Sunscreen/bug spray/hat or rash guard if needed

Change of clothes

Dry bag or box
