Join us as to get some exercise and take a hike through the woods of along the Withlacoochee River. The Croom Trailhead 1 is about 30 minutes south of Downtown Inverness. We will be meeting at the trailhead at 11:00am. Parking is located on both sides of the road. This hike is estimated to be 3-4 miles (2 hours) with rest periods. Due to the uneven terrain, this hike may not be suitable for those who have touble walking for an hour or more. .

Plently of water

Packed lunch and/or snacks

Bug spray

Sunscreen

Dress for the weather:

Comfortable clothing, layers if needed

Hiking boots or non-slip walking shoes

Please note there will not be any public restrooms. This is nature :)
