Join us as to get some exercise for a bike ride!  We will be meeting at the gym by 10:30am and head to the bike trail. Depart 10:45am. Parking is located on the side of the building. This ride is estimated to be 14-16 miles (2 hours) with rest stops at a 10-12 mph pace. This ride may not be suitable for those who have touble riding long distances or are new to biking.
