This Introductory Weight Room class is designed to help beginners familiarize themselves with gym equipment, basic strength training principles, and proper lifting techniques. Whether you're new to weight training or simply looking to refresh your foundation, this class provides hands-on instruction in a small-group setting to ensure individual attention and guidance. Class Duration: 60 minutes Group Size: 4–6 participants Experience Level: Beginner/Intermediate
