Low-Impact Classes

​

SilverSneakers Circuit: The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

​

SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.

​

Senior Stretch: A stretching class that provides flexibility and increase range of motion for the entire body. The instructor will focus on all major muscle groups with a variety of different types of stretch techniques. The goal is for your body to feel better, prevent injury, and increase range of motion. Stretches are done in a chair.

​

Low/Moderate Impact Classes

​

Dance Fit Club: Our Free Dance Fit Club every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month! Get your cardio on with this fun dance class! Combination of dance and Latin music! Bring your friends and make friends! It's more than just a club, it's a community! 

​

​Zumba Gold: Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.​

​

Strength Training: New to fitness, need to ease back into it, or looking for a low impact weight training workout? Our 30 minute interval workout is perfect for you! Strength building low-impact exercises. Trainers will focus on proper form and will give any modifications as needed. 

​

Toning Class: Get ready to boom boom pow your bottom with our quick 30 minute workout! Mat exercises on the floor that that focus on core and lower body toing. This is a class you do not want to miss!

​

Flexibility Training: A stretching class that provides flexibility and increase range of motion for the entire body. The instructor will focus on all major muscle groups with a variety of different types of stretch techniques. The goal is for your body to feel better, prevent injury, and increase range of motion. Stretches are done on the floor, sitting, laying, and kneeling.

Slow Flow YogaSlow Flow Yoga is an accessible practice that focuses on grounding, breathing, and alignment. This particular style of Hatha Yoga incorporates the optional use of props such as blocks and straps for
correct and full positioning and allows plenty of time to stay in a pose ("asana") which leads to greater strength, improved flexibility, improved balance and cultivation of mindfulness. The asanas are linked together with breath and movement and include seated, standing, twisting, supine and prone postures, as well as resting poses.

Moderate Impact Classes

​

Zumba: A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training with alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

​

Circuit Training: An interval type of physical training that involves moderate intensity exercise alternated with rest periods is highly effective in conditioning the cardiovascular system while increasing muscle strength. Active rest between moderate intensity work allows the heart rate to drop, giving the participant the opportunity to recover before the next high intensity interval. These types of workouts can include a mix of cardio exercises with resistance training.

Step Cardio: Step Cardio is back! Wear your neon to our high-energy glow-in-the-dark cardio class. Your heart will get pumping with cardio step intervals onto a raised exercise step to club style music! 

​

5K/3K Boot Camp: Bring your friends and join us for our Free 5k Boot Camp! Go at your own pace... walk, jog, or run this fun 5k or 3K. After each .5 mile there is a challenging exercise! The finish line is your ultimate goal! This class is outside. Towels & high-fives provided!

High-impact Classes

​

Boot Camp: Boot Camp will get your heart rate pumping! This HIIT class is designed to kick your butt! Make sure you bring your sneakers and prepare to sweat! Moderate to advanced levels.

​

Tabata: High-intensity cardio interval training that consists of sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

​

Dirty 30: Quick 30 minutes of intense cardio to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Explicit music warning.
